The square bottom valve bag is a new type of packaging with high efficiency, energy saving, green and environmental protection supporting the automatic filling production line. The packaging has been highly recognized at the national level. The National Standards Management Committee issued GB/T9774-2020 on September 29, 2020. The new standard of “Cement Packaging Bags” (the official implementation date is April 1, 2022) standard stipulates: the type of cement packaging bags will be completely “abandoned and changed to paste”, that is, the type of seam bottom bags will be completely eliminated, and cement packaging will be limited to square bottoms. The valve pocket, after the implementation of the new standard, marks the historic reform of my country’s cement packaging. It not only conforms to the country’s environmental protection policy, but also effectively solves the occupational health hazards to front-line workers caused by ash spraying in the cement packaging workshop for many years.
