Our factory has 3 draw bench machines which has production capacity of fabric silk 22 tons per day; 42 sets of fabric weaving machines, and 25sets of lifting loops machine. Our annual production capacity for big bag are more than 2.5 million pieces.Our products include: various FIBC bags, ventilated bulk bags, sling bags, conductive bags, kraft paper and PP (PE) complex bags, valve bags, container liners, flexitanks, BOPP bags, PE food bags and kraft paper bags etc.Our clients are widely from Europe, United states of America, Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, Africa, New Zealand and Australia etc.

We provide OEM and ODM services and all our management strictly under the certificate of ISO9001. Our products have approved by following standards: ISO21898-2005, JISZ1651-2008, BS6382, AS3668-1989, EFIBCA Standard.

Our bags can be manufactured to fulfill your specific requirements. The height, diameter, and length of the bulk bag and spouts, fabric with coated or uncoated, and whether a polyethylene liner is needed will be specified according to the type of products which will be shipped.

We also produce inner liners for ensuring protection of your products and liners available in variety of types and styles according to your require.we can offer various solutions to your needing of inner liners for big bag. We provide liners with different structures and materials such as LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, EVOH, Aluminium, PA, Conductive and Anti-static etc.

Normally the FIBC (Jumbo bag) produced under the following process:

1) 100% New polypropylene material with good quality.

2) Draw benching out pp fiber for fabric weaving.

3) Fabric weaving and lifting straps weaving for pp jumbo bag.

4) Cutting the fabric into suitable size and shape for sewing bulk jumbo bags.

5) FIBC (jumbo bags) / big bags sewing in clean house.

6) Dust-proof treatment for PP bulk bags or Jumbo bag.

7) QA and QC inspection for Jumbo bags / Big bags.

8) Packaging the big bags on pallets or bales and ready for delivery in container.

1.Product feature and Application

1 ton jumbo bag also know as 1 ton bulk bag or 1000kgs Big bags with loading capacity 1 Ton (1000kgs). Before using a jumbo bag, normally you should be considered the following features before using the bag:

Lifting Options: Cross corner lifting loops, Side seam lifting loops, Fully bottom lifting loops

Filling Options: Duffle skirt, Filling spout, Top fully open

Discharge Options: Flat bottom, Discharge spout

Construction Type: U Panel, 4 Panel, Circular (Tubular shape) panel, Baffle etc.

Liners: Form Fitted Liner, Tube Liner , Baffle Liner or Other liners.

Sewing Options (Sift Resistance Construction):

Standard, Single Dust proof Stitch, Double Dust proof Stitch, Triple Dust proof Stitch (With Felt), Over lock Stitch with Safety Stitch and other according to clients’ require.

2.Recommended dimensions and genre for these types of materials:

Square base 90x90cm with heights:80cm, 100cm, 120cm, 140cm, 160cm, 180cm

Square base 95x95cm with heights:180cm, 200cm, 225cm

Square base 100x100cm with heights: 180cm, 200cm, 225cm

Square base 105x105cm with heights: 180cm, 200cm, 225cm

Square base 110x110cm with heights: 180cm, 200cm, 225cm
